ZARA - GET AUTUMN READY
Hello my lovelies happy sunday, I hope you're all well
i'm back with another get autumn ready post, I found some gorgeous autumnal pieces from Zara which are stunning and will keep you warm during the fall without compromising on style.
The Long Black Coat
Who doesn't love an all black outfit, and this coat would look gorgeous with some trainers, heels or booties and a black knit with leather leggings, add some gold accessories to add to some glam to this outfit to make it really classy.
The Camel Coat
I love a camel coat, and its one of my favorite neutral colors, I remember a time when I used to wear just all black outfits, until I added a bit of color into my closet, not too much though as bright colors don't suit me and they're not my style but I do love neutral pieces.
This would looks gorgeous with an all black outfit underneath, or would look great with cream toned pieces or grey or blue jeans, I personally love the look of all black underneath or cream toned pieces on myself because that's what I feel most confident in, but I've seen many others wear it the other ways and it looks fantastic.
The Waterproof coat
Everybody needs a waterproof coat all year round, its good to have a thicker to keep you warm and toasty and a lightweight if you want to layer on underneath during the colder months.
These waterproof coats are great for running errands, walking the dog, autumn woodland walks ( I am so excited for these btw ).
Pair with some joggers or leggings a knit and some trainers or Dr Martens and you're good to go or you can throw over the top of any normal outfit if you're outside on a rainy day.
The Aviator Jacket
These babies are making a comeback again this year, and if you haven't ever owned one...YOU NEED TO SWEETIE!
they keep you super snug in the colder months and keep you looking super stylish too.
I personally feel these jackets look best with leggings or joggers or skinny//slim jeans as usually the jackets can fit oversized because of the thickness of the material so wearing this kind of jacket with loose or baggy jeans/trousers just isn't a look I feel looks good.
This is another jacket perfect for those autumn woodland walks, bonfire night, Christmas markets, shopping ect.
I still have mine from from 4 years ago and its still in perfect condition and I feel super snug and stylish in it, its defiantly a piece worth having
Anyone who knows me, knows I am obsessed with blazers, I have lost count on the amount I have in my closet, there are so many different variations too, styles, fit, colors, patterns, fabrics.
One particular style of blazer that is popular again this year, is the boucle blazer, it is very Chanelesc, many fashion retail companies sell these but I always prefer Zara's blazers as they fit beautifully and I find the fabric to be very thick and weighty lol.... if you own a Zara blazer you'll know what I mean.
Easy styled up or down, I used to always wear a blazer with leather leggings, a top and heeled ankle boots but now I always opt for trainers or my Dr martens.
Gotta Love a Neutral blazer, a lot of people are wearing the oversized blazers, I love the look of this style but when ever I wear one I always looks like I'm from the 80's and its defiantly not my kinda style unless I was to wear a belt around the middle to Cinch In the waist but I rarely close any of my blazers or coats tbh
It's time to warm up with those knits, whether you're going for a chunky knit or adding a fine knit under a thick coat, I practically live in fine knits, ribbed tops and bodytop's as I don't wear blouses or shirts as I feel they don't suit me.
Pair a jumper with skinny jeans, leather trousers or a skirt, add some heels, trainers or ankle boots depending on your style or the occasion.
I absolutely love the shacket trend, I've got a few so far but definitely wanting more
I love to wear mind with leather leggings, a ribbed knit and my Dr Martens, I just think it looks really effortless and stylish.
The Footwear Edit
Knee High Boots
I've been seeing these knee high booties everywhere!!, and I am so tempted, but the color and size I want is out of stock, but i'm hoping I can pick some up when I go shopping next, as I want to try them on and see if they suit me, although styled right I think they'll look great.
I love the look of these styled with a knitted dress or an oversized blazer or shacket and with some see through black tights.
I love a biker boot, I have a few pairs already but every time I see a new pair online or instore I'm always so tempted, I always try and get a new pair that are slightly different the ones I own so I can justify buying them hehe.
I love a pair of kitten heels, they're perfect for when you want to wear classy dressy heels without breaking your ankle, I know I would If I wore high heels lol
How gorgeous are these heels and such a statement, these would look gorgeous with a pair of smart slim leg trousers, tuxedo blazer and a white shirt un-bottoned with a lace bralette peaking through....for an evening look of course hehe, you could wear the same outfit with the shirt buttoned up for office wear depending on the kind of office environment it is.
I love the look of high-tops with an outfit, I've never tired on any myself, as I don't think it'll suit me but I do love the look of them.
Leather trousers I absolutely love these babies, I think I have about 8 pairs maybe more, in different styles, although pro tip if you find a pair you love, buy more than one, as you'll be gutted if something happens to your favorite pair or you wear them to death like I do.
High Waisted Trousers
I adore these smart trousers, I bought myself the black and Oyster white pair, which I cannot wait to wear and style, I think these would look gorgeous with heels, trainers and loafers.
We all need accessories to finish off an outfit, whether that's a belt, hat, jewelry, especially on a one color outfit, I feel it really finishes off the outfit.
I hope you liked the pieces I selected from Zara
they'll be another post coming next sunday
have a great week my lovelies
